We take the health, safety and wellbeing of you, our team and the wider community very seriously. To ensure we are able to continue keeping everyone as safe as possible during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, following the relaxation of restrictions we are continuing to increase the number of services provided face to face. To do this we have introduced additional protective and control measures. This means this process will take some time and depends on individual client / service user and service delivery needs, as well as the latest government guidance.
We have put together separate guidance about what to expect when you meet with us in person and what we are doing to keep us all safe, which you will find below.
If you would like any further information or have any questions, please either contact your allocated WGN worker or our Advice Line.

Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic we have provided our team with additional support, including completing comprehensive related assessments to ensure our working spaces continue to be safe, comfortable and confidential. To do this we are following the expert guidance issued by the government, NHS and Public Health England.
